Edward began his journey with Swire Hotels in 2007 as one of the inaugural management trainees for the opening of The Opposite House, Beijing. In 2009, he relocated to Hong Kong to assist with the opening of The Upper House and made his transition to the Guest Experience team and has since risen to the position of Director of Guest Experience.
“Guests often ask me for the best restaurant in Hong Kong, but you really have to understand their personalities in order to make suitable recommendations instead of providing them with cookie-cutter suggestions from guidebooks. These days dining isn’t just about the food, but the atmosphere and crowd. It’s the whole experience.”
This experience is about enjoying and opening the doors to a three-hour Hong Kong Foodie Tour, a private excursion led by the Guest Experience team, and daily breakfast at Café Gray Deluxe for two persons.
