London honey lovers rejoice! Gustare Honey will be exhibiting (stand 3903) its premium raw honey from the heart of the Australian countryside at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair which, this year, is taking place at Olympia from 4-6 September.
Created by Paul Costa (who has been producing honey in Australia for over 20 years) and Jason Hayward-Jones (a farming and rural food expert), Gustare Honey offers a range of mono-floral premium raw honey produced by artisan beekeepers from Australia’s pristine natural wilderness.
Their bees are never exposed to chemicals or antibiotics, increasing their natural resistance and health, to provide a tastier, purer honey. Each variety is produced seasonally in its own provenance and distinctive terroir, resulting in a truly unique product.
Anyone attending this year’s Speciality & Fine Foods Fair – the UK’s leading showcase of fine food and drink – will be able to sample all five of Gustare Honey’s flavours, including their new Jelly Bush Manuka honey. In addition, Gustare Honey will be demonstrating the power of food pairing by teaming up with other artisan producers, to show how beautifully their honey compliments products from ice-cream to cheese.
What’s more, guests will be able to get the buzz on Gustare Honey straight from the horse’s mouth: founder Jason Hayward-Jones will on hand to share the story of how Gustare came to be – and some exciting news: on August 26th, Gustare will launch a crowdfunding campaign – giving people a chance to invest in the future of this dynamic brand. And to celebrate, Gustare Honey are running a competition to win an exclusive weekend cookery course at Ashburton Cookery School with 2 nights’ accommodation for 2 people. The competition will run from 26th August – 23rd September and accessible via their social media channels, website (www.gustarehoney.com) and a leaflet available on their fair stand.
