Using a VersaClimber, this class is great to do an all over workout. Incorporating a mixture of muscle isolations & intervals with the range of movements required to provide each climber with the correct form and help increase fitness and stamina.

Boxing at KOBOX

Boxing was back for 2017 and it looks like it is here to stay. KOBOX have some great boxing classes to join and improve your agility this year.

Recovery Fitness

Classes that keep you fit but don’t put a strain on your body. An example is Paola’s BodyBarre, you get toned and challenge your whole body to achieve your desired physique.


Body Boss 

Don’t fancy joining a gym – do your workout whenever and wherever you are. The Body Boss 12-week plan helps your stay on track and gives you short workout routines so even the busiest of people can squeeze it in to their day.


Another workout that can be done from the comfort of your own home is FIIT – a boutique studio fitness in your living room. You can choose what type of exercise you want to do and then it will pair you with the perfect routine to complete in the comfort of your own home. It hasn’t launched yet but you can join the waitlist in preparation.
