A restored farmhouse is now open to guests in this private luxury 5* villa in the Mediterranean

With services of a 5 * hotel but with all the privacy of a luxury villa, comes the recently restored old Menorcan farmhouse Cugo Gran located in Spain’s Balearic Islands known as Menorca. The restored villa is an oasis of luxury and privacy as it is also situated in a 250-acre estate surrounded by landscaped gardens, a vineyard together with its own wellness facilities.

The 11-en suite villa is especially ideal for a family getaway or for a group of friends in need of some Mediterranean sun and spectacular sea views. Although the villa is set away from the crowd, it is convenient for guests with the Menorca airport being just 10 minutes away by car and 15 minutes from Mahon, the capital. In terms of what the property features, the main house has got seven bedrooms decked out with a Mediterranean influence with a focus on laid back luxury. An adjoining house, which was once the stables and close to the main house, further provides the remaining four bedrooms.

However, the true focus for Cugo Gran is the exceptional experience it wants to provide its guests with – unmatched hospitality in the form of 5 * services. The luxury villa comes with its own unique concierge team who will attend to guests from the day they arrive to the day they depart, hoping to leave guests truly content. The staff is made up of a House Manager, an Assistant Manager, an Events Coordinator, a Chef, a Butler, Hostesses and Housemaids with a member of staff available 24/7 and a car driver for guest’s available daily. The cuisine is perhaps one of the most exciting experiences as Cugo Gran has employed their own Head Chef Alexander Langley who will be in charge of cooking up a succulent Mediterranean feast – all locally sourced where possible – during the guests stay.

With a fine selection of wines and spirits available on Cugo Gran’s own vineyard together with a range of signature cocktails specially curated by Georgi Radev (Head Bartender at Mahiki in London and ‘Bartender of the Year 2015’ at the London Club and Bar Awards). To sum it up, the staff is available to organize anything a guest might require whether hosting a meeting, a wedding, to entertainment such as yacht chartering, cycling tours, wine and gin tastings, to bringing in qualified nannies, personal trainers, nutritionists and yoga and Pilates instructors. Of course what is such a villa without its facilities? Cugo Gran boasts its own 25-meter outdoor heated swilling pool overlooking the estates landscaped gardens, an area for barbecuing, gym and a massage treatment room.

We are certain that Cugo Gran will provide nothing short of a fine experience, for you, your family or friends. Note there is a minimum three-night stay which includes everyday breakfast, two lunches, two dinners, airport transfers and a driver from 8AM until Midnight. Drinks are not included
