London’s Best Mother’s Day Brunch Spots

Mother’s Day is coming up and what better way to celebrate than to treat Mum to brunch? We have rounded up our best brunch spots from across the capital that are perfect for banding together with siblings as let’s face it, at least one of you has forgotten that this day is approaching!

Where the Pancakes Are.

If Pancake Day made you fall head over heels back in love with pancakes, then Where the Pancakes Are is the perfect place for Mother’s Day Brunch. With countless varieties of pancakes and toppings; and a cocktail menu fit for even the fussiest of the family you are set to have a good time in this exciting eatery, in Flat Iron Square and just a stone’s throw from Borough Market.

Oslo, Hackney.

If your family celebrate Mother’s Day by all gathering and eating together, one of the best locations for this is Oslo, in Hackney. A true tried and tested Sybarite favourite, the long benches are perfect for the entire family, and whilst the brunch menu is limited, but will appease any foodie, from savoury lovers to sweet-fanatics.

Dalloway Terrace.

Dalloway Terrace is famous for being one of London’s best brunch spots, so head down there on Mother’s Day and feast on a variety of dishes suitable for the whole family. If your family can happily share a sharing plate without arguments of who’s eaten the most, so who deserves the last piece (hint: it’s your mum, it is Mother’s Day after all) then we absolutely recommend the Burrata and Roasted Cherry Vine Tomatoes. Failing that, Eggs Benedict will always be an option we consistently go back to at The Sybarite, a classic brunch dish and a guaranteed winner.

Sketch, Mayfair.

Looking for a venue that delivers style, ambience and the perfect Mother’s Day Insta-post? Mayfair’s Sketch is a feast for the senses and a destination for food, art and loud interiors. Between the Parlour waiters dressed head-to-toe in pink (not forgetting the top hat) and bathrooms home to a nest of eggs – things are not always what they seem… Surprise Mum with a champagne afternoon tea at the Sketch Parlour £80pp (which includes a glass of champagne, and a surprise gift for the mothers), or enjoy brunch and cocktails in The Glade Room. Serving up delightful brunch classics alongside a list of cocktails from Bloody Mary’s to spritz and bubbles. The Glade definitely makes for a memorable Mother’s Day, with grass underfoot and romantic furnishings, this stunning setting is like something from a scene in Shakespeare’s – A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
