On Friday 14th October, a group of influential entrepreneurs and investors joined The Sybarite for an exclusive investment brunch of networking, champagne, and canapés at the Moët Hennessy HQ in London.

The event was a perfect opportunity for investors to find out more about Gustare Honey, a premium quality honey brand for the global luxury food markets. All honeys are produced seasonally, with both single-source “mono-floral” honeys, and multi-source “poly-floral” honeys. Each variety has its own provenance & distinctive terroir.

As guests entered the sleek Belgravia building at 11:30am, they were greeted with a selection of delicious canapés and Moët & Chandon champagne whilst meeting Gustare Honey co-founder, Jason Hayward-Jones.

At midday, guests adjourned to the board room, where Jason showed a short film about the company’s journey, gave a presentation and led a tasting of the five current honey flavours – Delicate (Yellow Box), Mild (Grey Iron Bark), Rich (Stringy Bark), Strong (Apple Tree) and the Manuka (Jelly Bush). Further savoury and sweet canapés were served whilst Moët’s spokesperson, Florent Noir, said a few words about Moët Hennessy and the collaborative cocktail with Gustare Honey: The Hot Toddy.
