On this royal wedding day, The Sybarite sends it’s congratulations to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as they are pronounced husband and wife, and we welcome a new member into the British royal family.
Meghan was escorted down the aisle of St George’s Chapel by her new father-in-law the Prince of Wales, wearing a simple yet stunningly elegant boat neck gown by British designer Clare Waight Keller, who last year became the first female Artistic Director at the French fashion house Givenchy.
Accompanied by his best man and brother the Duke of Cambridge, Prince Harry waited at the altar, telling Markle ‘you look amazing’, as they beamed at each other.
After a carriage procession through Windsor, the reception will take place at St George’s Hall with esteemed celebrity guests such as George and Amal Clooney, David and Victoria Beckham, Elton John, Serena Williams and Oprah Winfrey, along with, of course, the Royal Family.
