The Savoy Introduces Silver Screen Afternoon Tea Menu

Renowned luxury hotel The Savoy has today launched their Silver Screen Afternoon Tea menu, which will feature delicious new pastries, cakes and all manner of sweet creations conceived by The Savoy’s Executive Pastry Chef, Ludwig Hely. The treats are inspired by this year’s award-nominated films, such as ‘Jackie’ – pink macaroons shells encrusted with almond dragées and garnished with vanilla cream, ‘Fantastic Beasts’ – dark chocolate sponge soft caramel with salted caramel mousse, hiding bowtruckle, one of the beasts from the film.
The Silver Screen Afternoon Tea will be served in The Savoy’s Thames Foyer, a room adorned with McAlphine Miller artwork inspired by stars of the Hollywood golden age – the perfect backdrop for a tea that transports you to the glitz and glamour of the movies.
