First Show Apartment Opens For Barratt London’s Magnificent Landmark Place

Landmark Place, one of London’s finest and most exclusive residential developments, comprises of 165 one-bedroom suites, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Currently located on the 23rd floor of Barratt London’s Aldgate Place development, visitors to the Show Home will be able to experience the first taste of the luxurious and welcoming interiors that will be possible at Landmark Place, created by Alexander James Interior Design. Homes are available here from £810,000 for a studio and up to £11 million for a penthouse. The development is due for completion in summer 2018.

Sanya EDITION China To Launch In December

Ian Schrager, the internationally renowned American hotel visionary is opening his first hotel in China this December. The Sanya EDITION, a spectacular oceanfront destination on Hainan Island, just off the coast of Southern China, is the latest addition to EDITION hotels, the brand Schrager conceived in a partnership with Marriott International. Schrager said: “The resort is a unique sophisticated vision and embodiment of a cosmopolitan China for all the world to see.”
