New season, new wardrobe. As the temperature continues to rise, give your style a revamp with some fresh summer essentials. From bright colour to matching separates and denim overload, here are some warm-weather-ready ideas to inspire you this season.

We aren’t talking sugared almond, or a dusty rose – fuchsia is the colour of choice this season. Although not advised for a head-to-toe ensemble, fuchsia is the perfect summer accent colour. Invest in some pointed stilettos, a colourful blazer or some statement jewellery.

Balance the exaggerated proportions of an asymmetric shirt with fitted denim block heels or simple white pumps. Ruffles are perfect for pear shapes or rectangles to add volume on the top half and balance out the body.
How to be a Parisian
The most effortlessly stylish city in the world has to be Paris. Who wouldn’t want to look like a local when the sunshine hits? Think crisp white t-shirts, skinny denim and the blackest sunglasses. Kitten heels are on the rise as a sensible and chic choice for summer. Classic black sling-backs or tiny pointed pumps are the way to go, a subtle nod to our friends over the channel.

No florals? No problem
