M celebrates caviar week

Caviar lovers, this is your moment to taste exquisite caviar as M Restaurants celebrates National Caviar Day by serving up a six course-tasting menu accompanied by bespoke cocktails. Expect things like creative vodka, watermelon and cucumber consommé topped off with caviar and parmesan tuile, a goat cheese emulsion with caviar and toasted brioche soldiers and finally a decadent crème fraiche crème brulée, caviar and champagne jelly.

And if that’s not enough to send your taste buds into a spin, M Restaurants will be introducing a new type of caviar to London called Vlozhenka served together with Russian Oscietra caviar or with Astrakhan Beluga caviar. As for cocktails using caviar – sound strange? The Caviar-tini will be a tantalising infusion of Belvedere Vodka, rose water and crème of caviar.
