Koko Kanu launch Frequent Flyers Cocktail Club
The UK’s premium Jamaican White Rum brand – Koko Kanu are taking guests on a cultural jet-setting trip throughout London with their own passport to paradise. To gain access to your ticket, you are required to show off your latest holiday snaps, and in return receive two complimentary drinks. Guests will then receive stamps in their Koko Kanu passports for each of the six bars across the capital that they visit with “new coconut-twists on classic cocktails, that will transport guests to sunnier climes” at each bar.
Nobu Hotel opens in Shoreditch
The Nobu Hotel in Shoreditch, London has recently opened its doors to the public and boasts an array of top-of-the-range suits which include multiple private balconies, private dining and bar areas and custom yukata robes. Multi-lingual staff, 24hr in-room dining service and personal trainers upon request are all reasons why this is the new hotel that you HAVE to stay in when you visit London.
Chloé unveils an exhibition of images by photographer Guy Bourdin
In the month of July, Iconic French Fashion House, Chloé have opened up a public space in Paris. The Maison Chloé features the artwork of the legendary photographer Guy Bourdin, who shot images of the collections for multiple magazine campaigns, with the most notable being the iconic Vogue magazine. The New Maison is located in a five-storey former-townhouse next to the Paris Headquarters of Chloé and will feature over 100 photographs from Bourdin’s collection from throughout the years.
The Oystermen launch new Covent Garden Restuarant
Opening its doors on the 5th July, The Oystermen become the latest edition to Covent Garden’s Culinary locations. Matt & Rob of The Oystermen are finally settling down in a permanent location after a 10-month residency in South Kensington and are dedicated to serving excellent quality seafood, with deep-set British roots, and not only that – but they have a happy hour which includes oysters and sparkling wine!
