New 90m Explorer Yacht Concept ‘Taboo’ Arrives

The 90m Ice-Class Explorer Yacht ‘Taboo’ is the newest in a series of groundbreaking designs by New York-based Gill Schmid design. Ideal for thrill-seeking adventure lovers,  this expedition yacht is designed to explore the furthest corners of the globe and most remote places on Earth in the utmost luxury. Equipped to cater for grand-scale entertainment, ‘Taboo’ features two jacuzzis, an extensive guest gym and spa area, cocktail lounge, indoor aquariums, an expansive beach club and pool area, as well as guest lounges and an aft summer house which can operate either as another exquisite lounge space, additional VIP guest quarters, or casino. Able to accommodate 26+ guests and 40+ crew, she truly is a thing of beauty.

Hypercar Vanda Dendrobium to Debut at Geneva Motor Show

Singapore is one of the world’s biggest markets for luxury supercars, yet until now, had never produced one of its own. Although the car’s final specifications won’t be confirmed until the Geneva Motor Show on 9th March, it will be a plug-in electric vehicle rather than a V12 or W16 and was built using the Bugatti Chiron as a performance benchmark. The Dendrobium is expected to reach 100km/h in 2.6 seconds, sending 1500hp to all four wheels and reaching a potential top speed of 400km/h.

La Dame de Pic Opens at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square

Chef Anne-Sophie Pic, the fourth female chef in history to be awarded three Michelin stars – and the only current French female chef to hold the position – has just opened her first UK restaurant with La Dame de Pic at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square. Designed with a nod to the historical Parisian brasseries in a space that is classically English in design, the 78 cover restaurant boasts a private wine cellar and a 14 cover private dining room. The food is similar in concept to the original restaurant of the same name in Paris, showcasing Anne-Sophie’s passion for unexpected flavour combinations with a focus on seasonal and local ingredients.

Dukes Opens Its First International Hotel In Dubai

A world away from its beginnings in Mayfair, Dukes Hotels have opened their first international sister property in Dubai. Due to welcome its first guests on 15 February, the hotel is a mix of quintessential British charm and cosmopolitan luxury. Situated on the Palm Jumeirah, Dukes Dubai boasts 279 elegant rooms and 227 suites over 15 floors. The fourth floor comprises of 20 Duchess Rooms, designed for women travelling alone. The ladies-only rooms will feature charming Liberty prints inspired by antique dolls’ houses, marking the first time the iconic British brand has partnered with a hotel.
