A gastronomic feast awaits those who enjoy authentic venison and game from the North of Scotland, as this July will bring the acclaimed Wild Game Co’s monthly pop-up dining event Struie Road – named after the remote highlands where all meat, fish, cheese and whisky are sourced.
The eight-course menu will feature dishes such as haggis with horseradish and potato skins, earl grey salmon gravlax and red braised spring pigeon to name a few. An accompaniment of unique cocktails using locally picked ingredients will also feature on the menu as is a collaboration with Workshop Coffee to bring diners finest quality produce.
Wild Game Co. are known for their wild game and venison directly sourced from their family home in the Highlands, where the meat is also carefully butchered by their game-butchering business. Set to open up a permanent restaurant in London this September, Wild Game Co. will be one of Evening Standards Top 5 Places to Eat Game in London.
